The result is a sophisticated, contemporary architecture that impresses through clarity and openess. The concept is also continued inside the loft-like administration floor. Recesses with three-quarter height walls group around the centrally situated fully glazed conference room. Office with glass doors and fully glazed walls open themselves to the central area. The flooring of oak parquett sets a warm accent in the „building shell“ optic requested by the architect of glass and naked concrete walls.
The furnishing concept picks up on the clean and reduced architecture. Furniture classics from Eiermann, Eames and Le Corbusier are in a harmonious combination with various storage pieces from System 180. From the reception desk to file shelves to the sideboards, the light surfaces and the high quality materials form a structural frame for the various functional areas of the open spaces. The architects and owner have achieved to achieve the clean simpleness of the design idea to the finest detail.
