New 3D-Planning Software Version 4.1.1 is ready to download Try out the new version of our software.
Changes in System 180 3D 4.1.1:
• new start-window, which allows direct access to frequently used functions.
• completely revised user interface.
• all basic components can now be selected in the main window.
• the register "Info" has been removed. The total measures and price can now be found in the main window. The parts list can be accessed by using the menu item "File / Parts list".
• the units can be accessed through the start-window or by using the menu item "File / Units".
• all tools can now be found to the left of the screen.
• new pipette tool: this tool allows you to borrow a particular property of an object (e.g. the width on a standard bar). In order to extend an existing module, you can mark its width and all possible extension points will be automatically shown.
You don't need to guess the measures of an existing module anymore if you want to extend it.
• simplified switching between the different modes: construct, rotate (shift-key), slide (ctrl-key on Windows or Apple-key on Mac OS X) and zoom (alt-key or scroll wheel)
• when clicking on an element with the right mouse button (e.g. standard bar 720), a context menu will show the available functions (e.g. delete, divide, modify).
• doors and drawers can be added without pre-selecting the desired measures. All possible options are shown automatically.
• improved display of the module direction when adding pentagon and corner modules.
• new function for enhancement orders: If you want to extend an existing shelf, you first have to draw the existing shelf, then select the option "extend" (menu: "file"). The drawing of the existing shelf will become transparent.
and you will be able to enhance it to suit your needs. Only the parts related to the enhancement will be included in the parts list.
• the available positions for wall fixing devices and wardrobe bars are now displayed and can be selected.
• improved gallery: the gallery is now more clearly arranged. The configuration samples were enhanced and restructured (a copy of the old gallery can be found on the folder: System 180/Templates_Backup).
• new status window when ordering by e-mail.
• new info-window: live on-screen info for every function. Depending on the function you are currently using, the suitable information will be shown on the screen.
• export of DXF-files implemented.
• some minor bugs were fixed.
